The strength of the TasTAFE Tour Guide Training Program lies with the extensive vocational experience of each team member, who are passionate, committed and offer students a wealth of current industry experience.
Additional to the seven staff members, numerous casual lecturers deliver specialist skills in the program. Our experts include geologists, botanists/horticulturalists, interpreters, ornithologists, Parks & Wildlife Service staff, Aboriginal trainers and historians, Ambulance Officers, Antarctic Field Training Officers, Climbing Instructors, Sea Kayaking Instructors, Rafting Guides and Chefs.
The Team has been specifically chosen, for their vocational experience, and are all committed to continued professional development to keep their skills current.
